David Cook!

Yay for David Cook! The New American Idol! Yay! Yay! Yay! Yay, Cook! :)

Obviously, I was rooting for Cook, not Archuleta. Haha. Never really liked the kid. Although last night, I got worried. I thought Little David was going to be the next A.I.--thank God, Big David was 12 million votes higher! Yay!

Mama and I were watching awhile ago, and she was saying, "Naku, 'yung bata yung mananalo. Ang daming taga-Utah, ang dami pa niyang ibang fans." I had the same thought (I think most people thought Little D would win), but still, I'm all for Big D, and I told her, "Miracles can happen!" Indeed! Haha.

I still have a hang-over from the AI Finale. Haha. My iPod's been booming David Cook songs around the house all day long. Later, there's a little get-together here at home. I'mma make the most of it--celebrating David Cook's win! Cocktail drinks all around! Haha.

I updated my Photo Albums. Finally. Yay for me! Haha.

We went to Enchanted Kingdom today yesterday, May 2. First it was just me, Jinky, John, Tammy, Josh and Kaye. We rode Anchor's Away thrice. The others--Flying Fiesta, Rialto, Dodgem, Jungle Log Jam and Roller Skater--once. We went to Rio Grande Rapids twice. Oh, the second time we went on Rio Grande, we had two other guys seated with us, since Rio Grande seats eight people. Anyway, I managed to get their names--Miko and Kevin. Haha. XP

But the highlight of the day was Bamboo's concert at the Space Port. Yay! While we waited for the 7pm concert, we watched Oliver's Water Show, which featured four professional divers doing what they did best--diving. Duh. Haha. Anyway, I was a bit disappointed to find the three male divers wearing wet suits, not trunks. Aww. I was looking forward to men in trunks pa naman. But astig naman yung show eh, and the guys were hot enough, kaya okay na. And their diving captain was uber nice. We had our pictures taken with them. Weee!

Just minutes before the Bamboo concert, my cousins saw Ira Cruz (Bamboo's guitarist) pass by us. We wanted to grab the chance to get a photo with him, kaso nung una nahiya pa kami eh. Eventually, kinapalan na namin ni Jinx ang mga mukha namin para lumapit kay Ira. Jinx had her photo taken, and then I had a picture with him. He had his family (I think) with him, kaya nahiya ako. I was like, "Can I have a picture with you? Sorry sa abala." And Ira was sooo sweet. He just said, "No problemo." Aww, shucks. *fangirl moment!*

When we left him, Jinx said, "Uh oh. Fids, nawala yung pic nyo ni Ira. Na-corrupt yung photo." Syet. Ouch. Damn. I was like, naiiyak na. Haha. No pic with Ira? Waah!

Anyhoo. We went to the concert and screamed our lungs out. Everyone else was screaming Bamboo's name, kami ni Jinx puro, "Ira! Ira!" Haha. Mehn, pinagtitinginan kami nung mga katabi namin. Damn them, paki ba namin sa kanila? Haha. The concert was fun. At least mataas yung energy level ng crowd, and Bamboo was amazing. Of course, I'm partial to Ira pa rin kasi I find him more gwapo.

When Bamboo finished, we stayed by the concert area. Wala kasi kami mapuntahan and it was raining. Luckily for us, stupidly standing there had its advantage. We spotted Ira leaving through the concert hall and managed to 'steal' him for a moment for some pictures. Since Jinx owed me a photo, siya na yung lumapit kay Ira to ask him if I could have my picture taken with him again. He was really nice and said yeah. After I had my photo, Jinx checked to see if okay na. Ira was saying to me, "If it's corrupted again, it's on you." Haha. Geez, I only met the guy a 45 seconds ago and he was already teasing me? Aba naman. Haha. We said our thank you's to him and then he left. I think he had his family with him and they planned on enjoying some time at EK. After all, he and the rest of the band had EK wrist tags (regular day passes?).

Yes, Ira, I'm corrupted. Haha. Joke. Nah, I think kaya na-corrupt yung first pic was because he and I were too hot to be together in one frame. Haha. XP
